1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using MirrorMore's window film installation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

MirrorMore provides professional window film installation services for residential and commercial properties across Wales and surrounding areas. Our services include:

• MirrorMore® privacy window film
• Heat reduction film installation
• UV protection film
• Energy-saving window treatments
• Free site surveys and quotations

3. Quotations and Pricing

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Prices are subject to change based on final site survey assessment
• Minimum order of 3 windows applies to all residential installations
• Volume discounts are available as advertised at the time of quotation
• VAT is included in all quoted prices unless otherwise stated

4. Booking and Cancellation

• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled installation will receive a full refund of any deposit
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before installation may forfeit the deposit
• We reserve the right to reschedule installations due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances

5. Installation

Our installation service includes:

• Professional preparation and cleaning of window surfaces
• Precise cutting and application of window film
• Clean-up of the work area upon completion
• Brief demonstration and care instructions

Customers must ensure clear access to all windows being treated and move any fragile items away from the work area prior to installation.

6. Warranty

Our window films come with a manufacturer's warranty of 10-15 years covering:

• Peeling, bubbling, or delamination
• Cracking or crazing
• Discolouration or fading

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper cleaning, physical damage, or attempted removal by non-professionals.

7. Payment Terms

• Full payment is due upon completion of installation
• We accept bank transfer, cash, and major credit/debit cards
• For commercial projects, payment terms may be agreed in advance

8. Limitation of Liability

MirrorMore's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry full public liability insurance for your peace of mind.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of MirrorMore and protected by UK copyright law. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
